Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications within an IT service environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by performing manual and/or automated testing, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall product performance and reliability.

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.

Perform functional, regression, and usability testing across multiple platforms

Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools.

Work closely with developers and project managers to resolve issues and verify fixes.

Ensure software meets quality, usability, and performance standards before release.

Participate in QA process improvements and best practice implementation.

Conduct compatibility and cross-browser testing for web projects.

Collaborate in Agile development cycles and maintain test documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

3–5 years of QA experience in an IT services or digital agency environment.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience in testing web applications (CMS, eCommerce, custom platforms).

Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.

Understanding of APIs and database testing is a plus.

Experience in scripting and programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.

Good understanding of databases and SQL queries for validating back-end data.

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of automation testing tools will be an added advantage.
