Telecaller / Academic Counsellor – Government Exam Coaching

THE COACHING CONCEPT is looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Telecallers/Academic Counsellors to guide students preparing for Government Exams such as Bank PO, SSC, Railways, Punjab Government, Chandigarh Administration, Teaching Exams (JBT, TGT, PGT), and other competitive examinations.
If you enjoy talking to students, can build trust over the phone, and are target-driven, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries.
- Explain courses, batches, fees, and admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling and marketing team.
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: (Graduation Preferred)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, Counselling, EdTech, Coaching Institutes, Sales, or Customer Support will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (Punjabi and English are an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
