Role Summary
The Head – PMC will lead end-to-end management of construction projects from concept to handover, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and statutory compliance. The role will act as the owner's representative, coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, clients, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead projects from concept to handover, preparing and monitoring schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
- Track milestones, ensure timely delivery, and identify and mitigate project risks.
Design & Consultant Coordination
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
- Review drawings for constructability, value engineering, and timely approvals.
Contractor, Vendor & Contract Management
- Evaluate, appoint, and monitor contractors and vendors for quality, productivity, and performance.
- Review BOQs, estimates, work progress, contractor bills, change orders, variation claims, and support contract administration and dispute resolution.
Cost, Quality & Safety Management
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations through regular site inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
Statutory Compliance & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate approvals with statutory authorities and ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and legal requirements.
- Serve as the primary client and management interface, conduct project review meetings, and prepare MIS reports covering progress, costs, risks, and timelines.
Project Closeout
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snag rectification, final handover, and completion of documentation, warranties, and as-built drawings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 12–18+ years in construction project management.
- Minimum 5 years leading large commercial, hospitality, retail, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
- Experience with PMC, EPC, or developer organizations preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract management (FIDIC/standard contracts), budgeting, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, AutoCAD, project management software (Procore, ERP, etc.), and understanding of MEP, structural, and finishing works.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
