We are looking for a versatile, creative, and proactive Digital Marketing & Content Executive to take full ownership of our institute's brand presence. In this role, you will be the creative voice of our institute.
You will wear two important hats: managing and expanding our strategic university tie-ups, and acting as our lead content creator. From designing daily social media posts about campus life and courses to optimizing our website for search engines and building institutional partnerships, you will drive our entire digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Content Creation & Social Media Management
Conceptualize, design, and write copy for all social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Create a wide variety of content, including:
Promotional posts for our courses and programs.
Announcements and marketing collateral for university tie-ups and partnerships.
Student success stories, testimonials, and campus updates.
Informational and educational content relevant to our industry.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive monthly content calendar.
3. SEO & Digital Marketing
Implement SEO best practices across our website, blogs, and landing pages to boost organic rankings and attract prospective students.
Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, SEO performance, and social media engagement.
Run or assist with basic paid digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to generate leads.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a social media executive, content creator, or digital marketer (Education sector experience is highly preferred).
Technical Skills: * Mastery of visual design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Video editing skills (for Reels, Shorts, or TikToks) are a massive bonus.
Soft Skills: Outstanding storytelling and copy-editing skills, strong networking capabilities, and excellent time management.
