We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager / Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth initiatives. This role is about making sure the website, social media, ads, content, and online campaigns are planned, executed, and running properly by internal team members and external freelancers/agencies. You are also expected to lead the digital team and drive measurable business growth across online platforms. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all digital activities of the brand. You will act as the central point of coordination between management, marketing, designers, content creators, and performance marketers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the brand’s digital presence (website, social media, online platforms)
- Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, and internal team members (design, content, ads, social media, web)
- Ensure timely execution of digital campaigns, posts, and updates
- Review and approve content, creatives, and campaigns before publishing
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, sales) and report to management
- Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all platforms
- Work with the business team to plan monthly digital activities and campaigns
- Identify gaps or issues in execution and get them fixed through the right people
- Manage timelines, priorities, and follow-ups with all stakeholders
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, website, ads, content, email, etc.)
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Ability to work with freelancers, agencies, and multiple teams
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting (no deep technical skills required)
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience managing or coordinating digital marketing activities
- Experience working with designers, content writers, ad agencies, or freelancers
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines
- Practical, execution-focused mindset
- Experience in FMCG / E-commerce / Consumer brand is a plus
- Languages:English, Hindi, Telugu

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
