- Manage end-to-end recruitment: understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs in telecom functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and campus hiring.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
- Maintain candidate databases, pipelines, and recruitment reports.
- Manage recruitment for multiple field and technical roles across departments..
- Ensure smooth joining formalities and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Support in employer branding activities like job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and labor laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, campus hiring).
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring under business hiring timelines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools/ATS.
