We’re building a new category of observability purpose-built for complex digital journeys — across payments, lending, core banking and more — already powering some of the largest banks in India and MEA.
- Governs the process compliance of Implementation, Expert Services and Customer Success teams across CSG
- Continuously tracks progress of Implementation projects and reports status to departmental heads and management.
- Co-ordinates with internal teams (Sales, Presales, Engineering, CSG) to clear any information or communication hurdles that are inhibiting the progress of implementation projects
- Ensures project repositories are created and requisite documents are uploaded - per implementation project and per customer for Expert Services and Customer Success teams combined
- Schedules meeting with internal stakeholders as needed with agenda published in advance.
- Tracks JIRA tickets and seeks timely updates and commitments from Engineering and keeps CSG stakeholders updated of status.
- Tracks completion and documentation of Customer Business Reviews (driven by Customer Success) as per schedule
- Tracks creation and status of expansion opportunities created via ES and CS engagements
- Commissions a periodic Customer Pulse Survey for VuNet Services.
- 6-10 years as a Program Manager in an IT Tech services company
- Proven knowledge of using AI tools to improve PM deliverables and innovate within function
- Good hands-on knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint, Project management tools (MS Project etc.)
- Good communication skills in English (Written and Spoken)
- Willing to work out of office all 5 days of the week
- Program/Project Management related certifications would be a definite plus
- The candidate will own the outcome. This requires patience, perseverance, proactive communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders with varied personas
