- Contact debtors via phone, email, or mail to discuss outstanding debts.
- Negotiate and establish payment plans to recover owed amounts.
- Follow up regularly to ensure adherence to repayment schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and payment progress.
- Assist in resolving disputes and discrepancies related to debts.
- Collaborate with legal and finance departments when necessary.
- Provide regular reports on recovery progress and key metrics.
- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations regarding debt collection.
