Role Overview
The Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the overall sales operations of Catalyst Education. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, team management abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversions, and team performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, institutions, and partners.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and lead generation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Ensure proper follow-up and customer relationship management.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Drive revenue growth and improve overall business performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales leadership or business development.
- Experience in the education industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle targets and manage high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
