Site Supervisor (Civil Construction)
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Experience: Minimum 12 Years
Industry: Building Construction (Contractor Experience Mandatory)
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Foremen, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment for smooth site execution.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and safety regulations.
- Maintain daily progress reports and resolve site-related issues.
- Verify work quality and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Contractor company experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, site execution, and quality standards.
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
