- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business development for Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions. The role involves developing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, handling techno-commercial proposals, and achieving business growth across industrial, commercial, utility, and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Solar PV and BESS solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.
- Prepare commercial proposals, BOQs, and negotiate contracts.
- Build relationships with EPC partners, consultants, OEMs, and key customers.
- Manage tender opportunities and corporate sales.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV and BESS solutions.
- Experience in EPC or Renewable Energy sales.
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of tendering processes and commercial proposals.
