Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Lead – Software Practice to own and scale our software solutions capability. This is a techno-commercial role
combining hands-on engineering leadership with client-facing solutioning, pre-sales support, and strategic growth initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the practice like your own business, working closely with leadership to shape offerings, drive execution, and grow the team.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Team Leadership
Lead and manage a team of developers to successfully deliver ongoing and new software projects.
Ensure high-quality, scalable, and timely execution across the development lifecycle.
Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
Collaborate with the sales team on client calls for solutioning, capability presentations, and technical discussions.
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Marketing & Demonstrations
Participate in marketing initiatives including product demos, webinars, and presentations.
Represent the company’s technical capabilities effectively to prospects and stakeholders.
Team Development & Learning
Design structured learning paths for team members to enhance technical and professional growth.
Identify and drive upskilling opportunities aligned with industry trends and business needs.
Strategic Contribution
Work closely with leadership to define business goals, growth strategies, and service offerings.
Contribute to building a scalable and competitive software practice.
Required Skills & Experience
4–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
Proficiency in: Backend: Python and/or Go, Frontend: React
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance software development lifecycle (SDLC) productivity.
Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
Working knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
