Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen interest in HR processes, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Help in conducting initial HR interviews and assessments.
- Assist in the preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Organize team-building activities, employee engagement events, and training sessions.
- Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns.
- Help in conducting exit interviews and feedback collection.
HR Operations & Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or internal databases.
- Assist in the preparation of HR policies, reports, and presentations.
- Support payroll processes by tracking attendance and leaves.
Compliance & Policy Implementation:
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment life cycle.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
