Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations for our infrastructure/construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, attendance management, and maintaining HR records for corporate and site employees.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for technical, non-technical, and site-based positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, and employee induction.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment databases.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HRMS data.
- Prepare employment letters, confirmations, transfers, and other HR documents.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate employee exits, full-and-final settlements, and exit interviews.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Promote a positive work environment across corporate and project sites.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
- Coordinate statutory documentation related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
Site HR Coordination
- Coordinate with project/site teams for manpower planning.
- Track deployment of contract labour and site staff.
- Maintain site attendance records and statutory documents.
- Liaise with contractors regarding labour compliance and documentation.
Reporting
- Prepare HR MIS reports on recruitment, attrition, attendance, and manpower.
- Maintain HR dashboards and support management with HR analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Experience
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in infrastructure, construction, EPC, or engineering companies.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
