Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students for emotional, behavioral, social, and academic concerns.
Identify students requiring additional psychological, emotional, or behavioral support and develop appropriate intervention plans.
Conduct regular wellness, life skills, and social-emotional learning (SEL) sessions as per CBSE guidelines.
Guide students in stress management, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, self-awareness, and decision-making skills.
Offer career guidance and subject selection counselling for students, especially in Grades IX–XII.
Work closely with teachers to identify students facing academic, behavioral, or emotional challenges and provide suitable support strategies.
Conduct parent counselling sessions and organize awareness programs on parenting, adolescent development, mental health, and digital safety.
Maintain confidential counselling records, case histories, intervention reports, and student progress documentation.
Plan and implement school-wide wellness programs, mental health awareness campaigns, and life skills activities.
Support the school in implementing Child Protection Policies, anti-bullying initiatives, and student safeguarding measures.
Coordinate with external psychologists, special educators, healthcare professionals, and referral agencies whenever required.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers on student well-being, classroom behavior management, and mental health awareness.
Assist students during crisis situations, emotional emergencies, and transition phases within the school environment.
Monitor student attendance, behavioral patterns, and well-being indicators to identify early warning signs and provide timely interventions.
Prepare monthly and annual counselling reports and submit updates to the Principal and school management.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture that fosters student well-being, safety, and personal growth.
Support students with special educational needs by coordinating with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure appropriate accommodations.
Organize wellness-related events, observation days, awareness drives, and activities aligned with CBSE wellness initiatives.
Ensure ethical counselling practices, maintain confidentiality, and uphold professional standards at all times.
Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to enhance the overall emotional, social, and psychological well-being of students.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
