Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Preparation, Review & Finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account & Financial Statements
GST, TDS, Income Tax & Other Statutory Compliances
Direct & Indirect Taxation Management
Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning
MIS Reporting, Financial Analysis & Variance Reporting
Costing, Cost Control & Inventory Accounting
Working Capital, Treasury & Cash Flow Management
Accounts Payable & Receivable Management
Banking Operations, Fund Management & Bank Reconciliation
Internal Financial Controls (IFC) & Risk Management
Internal, Statutory, Tax & Cost Audit Coordination
Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financial Reports
IND-AS, Accounting Standards & Companies Act Compliance
ERP Management (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Liaison with Banks, Auditors, Consultants & Government Authorities
Financial Due Diligence, Process Improvement & Business Profitability Analysis
Strong Team Handling, Leadership & Stakeholder Management Skills
Qualification & Eligibility:
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
B.Com / M.Com from a recognized university
MBA (Finance) / CMA (ICWA) will be an added advantage
Minimum 15+ years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation & Compliance
Experience in Manufacturing, Distillery, Ethanol, FMCG or Process Industry preferred
Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act & IND-AS
Hands-on experience in SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP or similar ERP platforms
