Position Overview
The Senior Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, generating industrial sales, conducting field visits, maintaining sales documentation, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires frequent customer visits, strong relationship management, accurate reporting, and close coordination with internal departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new B2B business opportunities.
- Visit industrial customers daily.
- Develop new dealers, distributors, and OEM customers.
- Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Regular follow-up on enquiries and quotations.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation
- Submit Daily Visit Report (DVR).
- Maintain Lead Management Sheet.
- Update CRM regularly.
- Prepare Weekly Sales Reports.
- Prepare Monthly MIS Reports.
- Maintain customer database in Excel.
- Update enquiry status and sales pipeline.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Service Team for installations.
- Coordinate with Dispatch Team for deliveries.
- Coordinate with Accounts Team for payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Inside Sales Team for enquiries and quotations.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitors.
- Collect market information.
- Identify new industries and business opportunities.
- Share customer feedback with management.

Job Specification (JS)
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) will be preferred.
Experience
- 4–8 years of Field Sales experience.
- Experience in Industrial Packaging, Packaging Machinery, Automation, Engineering Products, Industrial Equipment, Manufacturing, or Capital Goods will be preferred.
