Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Coordinator / Delivery Lead who will be responsible for end-to-end execution and coordination across internal teams and external vendors. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, business alignment, and strong execution discipline. You will work closely with the Founder and act as a bridge between business and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery by planning sprints, tracking timelines, and ensuring on-time, in-scope execution.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, SLA compliance, and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate across teams to align efforts and translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Coordinate QA, track and resolve bugs, and manage smooth release cycles.
- Support founders and stakeholders with updates on progress, risks, and timelines to enable informed decisions.
- Implement project tools and maintain structured workflows and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- 6–10+ years in project coordination or delivery
- Experience in FinTech, Super App, or SaaS
- Experience managing mobile apps, web systems, and vendors
- Understanding of APIs and Agile methodologies
Preferred but Not Mandatory
- Experience with chat platforms
- KYC/compliance integrations
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Understanding of Blockchain, Digital Payments, Cross Border Transactions and other areas of FinTech
