Sales Telecaller
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Telecaller to generate sales through outbound and inbound calling. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company products and services to customers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain customer database and follow-up records
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Resolve basic customer queries and concerns
- Update call reports and CRM data regularly
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Positive attitude and confidence
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Good listening and follow-up skills
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience
- Fresher and experienced both can apply
- Experience in telecalling or sales will be preferred
