Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell Galvanized Iron (GI) Fire Doors, Stainless Steel (SS) Doors, and Wooden Fire Doors. The candidate should have experience in project sales and a strong network in the construction and infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in construction, real estate, and industrial sectors
- Promote and sell fire-rated doors (GI, SS, Wooden) to builders, contractors, and consultants
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions
- Understand project requirements and recommend suitable fire door solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Handle tenders and participate in bidding processes
- Maintain relationships with architects, PMC consultants, and developers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and delivery
- Achieve sales targets and report performance regularly

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in building materials / fire safety / project sales
- Knowledge of fire-rated doors and safety standards (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good network with builders, contractors, and architects is an advantage
- Graduate in any discipline
