ob Description
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads / PPC Expert and Social Meta Ads to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience driving qualified traffic, improving ROAS, and scaling profitable campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Write and test high-performing ad copy and extensions
- Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager)
- Analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
- Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and audiences
- Identify wasted spend and continuously improve campaign efficiency
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies and industry best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads with measurable results
- Strong understanding of PPC strategy, funnels, and user intent
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to optimize campaigns for leads or eCommerce sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Facebook/Meta Ads or other paid platforms
- Landing page optimization and CRO knowledge
- Experience working with agencies or multiple clients
- Industry experience (eCommerce, SaaS, local services, etc.)
