Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. The ideal candidate should have good coordination skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to manage workers and site activities effectively. A Diploma in Civil Engineering will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction and site activities.
- Monitor workforce performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and management.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the work site.
- Maintain site discipline and proper utilization of materials and equipment.
- Prepare daily work reports and update project progress.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, or safety concerns to management.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and instructions.
- Support inventory and material management at the site.
- Attend site meetings and provide operational updates when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in site supervision, construction, or related field preferred.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of construction procedures and safety practices.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to handle workers and manage site operations independently.
- Willingness to travel or work at different project locations if required.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
