Job Summary
The Fabric Follow Executive is responsible for monitoring and coordinating all stages of circular knitted fabric production—from yarn allocation to final fabric delivery—ensuring quality, quantity, and on-time shipment as per buyer requirements.
Key Responsibilities1. Production Follow-Up
- Track daily production of circular knitting machines.
- Ensure knitting orders are executed as per planning schedule.
- Coordinate with knitting supervisors and production team for smooth workflow.
- Monitor machine efficiency, downtime, and output.
2. Fabric Quality Control Coordination
- Check grey fabric quality reports from QC team.
- Ensure defects (holes, barre, lycra variation, needle lines) are minimized.
- Coordinate with quality department for corrective actions.
- Ensure fabric meets buyer standards before finishing.
3. Order & Planning Coordination
- Follow up knitting program based on buyer orders.
- Ensure correct yarn lot, count, and color are issued to machines.
- Coordinate with planning and stores for material availability.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
