Boltx Ecommerce Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing eCommerce company focused on innovation, performance, and building a people-first culture. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to scale our sales efforts and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process for eCommerce solutions
- Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and market partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize conversions
- Track sales performance and share regular reports and insights
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in an eCommerce company
- Mandatory experience in B2B sales
- Strong understanding of lead conversion funnels and sales strategies
- Hands-on experience in social media lead generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong market connections and ability to leverage networks for business growth
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a hybrid model
