- Administrative Support: Answering phone calls, handling email, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Front Office Duties: Greeting visitors, clients, and employees in a welcoming, professional manner.
- Office Logistics: Maintaining office supplies inventory, placing orders, and keeping common areas tidy.
- Vendor & Facility Management: Liaising with vendors, scheduling repairs for equipment, and overseeing office security.
Education and Background
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business or administration is preferred.
