Route high-speed, analog, digital, power, and other critical signals according to design
guidelines.
Define and implement PCB layer stack-up and impedance-controlled routing where required.
Maintain proper spacing, clearances, creepage, and manufacturability requirements.
Perform PCB Design Rule Check (DRC) and resolve all layout violations.
Verify component orientation, pin connectivity, reference designators, and net assignments.
Create and verify 3D component models and check the complete PCB in 3D.
Coordinate PCB layout with schematic, mechanical, and hardware design teams.
Review PCB layout with senior engineers and incorporate design feedback.
Prepare PCB fabrication and assembly outputs such as Gerber, NC Drill, ODB++, pick-and-
place, BOM, and other required manufacturing files.
Support prototype assembly, debugging, and design changes.
Maintain proper revision control and documentation throughout the PCB development
process.
Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding layout status, design reviews, and
technical issues.
