We’re looking for a hardworking and responsible Supermarket Manager to join our team and grow with our new business. The ideal candidate should be confident managing daily store operations, supervising staff, handling stock and customer service, and making sure the supermarket runs smoothly. We want someone with good leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for building and growing a successful business from the beginning.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in supermarket or retail management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of inventory, billing, and store operations
- Ability to handle staff and customer concerns professionally
- Basic computer and accounting knowledge is an advantage.
