Vishnukrupa is a prominent cloth manufacturing brand dedicated to quality and innovation. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help streamline our operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on field sales experience and the ability to understand customer needs while actively contributing to the company’s goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Field Sales Execution: Actively engage with potential clients and leads in the field, presenting the company’s products and driving sales growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall sales team goals.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries, follow up on orders, and ensure smooth post-sales support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Head and other team members to coordinate sales strategies and support the execution of company goals.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (Must Have):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting methods.
- Expertise in Excel.
- Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
- Self-motivation and interest in fieldwork.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
PREFERRED (Good to Have):
- Experience in the textile industry.
- Knowledge of the cloth and fabrics market.
