Responsibilities:-
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and brand voice.
- Plan, create, edit, and schedule engaging, on-brand content (text, image, and video).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to align strategies and campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and platform algorithms.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications & Experience:-
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
