Payroll & HR Operations
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave, incentives, and deductions.
- Ensure timely processing of salary-related documentation.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and employee records.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Statutory Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage compliance related to:
- PF (Provident Fund)
- ESI (Employee State Insurance)
- PT (Professional Tax)
- Gratuity
- Bonus
- Minimum Wages Act
- Shops & Establishment Act
- Factory Act requirements
- POSH compliance documentation
- Coordinate statutory filings and maintain compliance records.
Audit & Documentation
- Maintain employee files, statutory registers, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare reports and records required for internal and external audits.
- Support labor inspections and statutory verification processes.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR policies and SOP documentation.
Others Day to Day HR activties.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
