Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the engineering team, providing technical direction and mentorship
Design and build API-driven integrations between core banking systems and external platforms
Develop an abstraction layer over the core banking system (Finacle) to enable seamless integrations
Own solution architecture and design for integration use cases
Actively contribute to hands-on development and coding
Support additional technical or strategic initiatives as required
Technology Stack:
.NET
Azure
Frontend: React / Angular
Experience with API-led integration architecture
Role Mix (Approx.):
30% - Team management & technical leadership
30% - Solution architecture & design
30% - Hands-on development (coding)
10% - Ad-hoc responsibilities
Candidate Profile:
Strong experience in full-stack development with architectural exposure
Proven expertise in solution design and system integration
Ability to balance coding, design, and team leadership
Looking for a senior, high-calibre engineering leader with end-to-end ownership capabilities
Candidate should be comfortable working across development, architecture, and leadership responsibilities
Strong understanding of banking integrations or similar complex systems is preferred
