Roles and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming telephone calls.
- Maintain the visitor register and issue visitor passes when required.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier parcels, and documents.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing courier packages.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Respond to visitor and customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office records and update databases accurately.
- Monitor office stationery and reception supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails related to front office activities.
- Assist in organizing meetings, interviews, and company events.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- 0–2 years of experience in Reception or Front Office (Freshers can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
