We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment process, source potential candidates, and support hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to identify suitable talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Support the complete hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
Requirements:
- MBA degree in HR or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
