Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our manufacturing organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring of skilled and unskilled manpower.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offers, and joining.
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation processes.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
