Key Responsibilities of a DMS Operator
- Inventory Tracking: Update numbers for new and used cars, plus spare parts.
- Sales & Billing: Create customer files, book test drives, structure deals, and generate invoices.
- Service Management: Open repair job cards, schedule technician tasks, and record vehicle service histories.
- Data Management: Input customer contact info and track follow-up leads for the sales team.
