Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ERP software demonstrations (Online & Onsite)
- Sales Conversion of Products using demos
- Understand client requirements and business processes
- Support technical pre-sales activities and sales team conversions
- Present ERP modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, HRMS, Finance, etc.
- Handle customer queries and provide product solutions
- Travel for client meetings, demos, exhibitions, and business events
- Gather Software requirements from customers
- Documentation of client IT Technical requirementsRequirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B, ERP, Pre-Sales, ERP Support, ERP Implementation, or ERP Technical Sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of business processes and ERP workflows
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Manufacturing ERP experience is an added advantage
