Job Title: *Pre-Sales Executive*
Location: *Malad West, Mumbai*
*Key Responsibilities*
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
* Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, online inquiries, and other lead generation activities.
* Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
* Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
* Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until closure.
* Understand customer requirements and provide initial information regarding products and services.
* Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
* Prepare and share quotations, presentations, and proposals when required.
* Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and business targets.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Lead Generation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good command of English, Hindi, and regional language(s) preferred.
* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
* Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
