Role Summary
A Freelance Architect is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects on a contract or project basis. The role involves developing creative and functional design solutions, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and budgets.
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and 3D models.
- Create presentations, mood boards, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with interior designers, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress when required.
- Review contractor drawings and provide design clarifications.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables independently.
- Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and permits.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
- Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and client management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹11,734.28 - ₹50,000.00 per month
