Job Summary
Hawk Hospitality is seeking a smart, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Reservation Executive to join our Corporate Reservations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling room reservations, guest inquiries, OTA coordination, booking confirmations, and ensuring smooth reservation operations across all properties.
Candidates with experience in the hospitality industry and strong communication skills will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesReservation Operations
- Handle hotel room reservations through phone calls, emails, OTAs, and online booking platforms.
- Process booking requests accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely confirmation, modification, and cancellation of reservations.
- Maintain reservation records and update booking systems regularly.
- Coordinate with hotel front office teams regarding arrivals, departures, and special requests.
Guest Handling & Communication
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and booking requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding room availability, tariffs, packages, and hotel services.
- Ensure excellent guest communication and customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or booking issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
OTA & Online Portal Coordination
- Manage bookings from OTA platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Goibibo, etc.
- Monitor OTA extranets and update rates, inventory, and availability when required.
- Coordinate with revenue and operations teams for occupancy updates and promotional offers.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with sales, front office, and operations departments for smooth reservation handling.
- Prepare daily reservation reports, occupancy updates, and booking summaries.
- Maintain proper documentation and reservation records.
Customer Service & Standards
- Ensure professional telephone etiquette and email communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
- Follow company SOPs, reservation policies, and service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Knowledge of OTA platforms and hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
