Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to handle design and social media operations for 2-3 brands based in the UAE. This is a great opportunity for someone who can balance strong visual design skills with social media strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality graphic designs using Photoshop, Canva, and AI design tools for social media posts, ads, banners, and marketing materials
- Edit and produce short-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikTok-style videos) for multiple brand pages
- Develop and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Instagrram, LinkedIn, and TikTok for 2-3 brands
- Write engaging captions and ensure brand-consistent tone and visual identity for each brand
- Schedule and post content across platforms, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages
- Stay updated on social media trends, design trends, and platform algorithm changes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and promotions
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and social media management
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator a plus) and AI-based design tools (Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.)
- Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) for Reels/Shorts
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media graphics and short-form video work
- Understanding of social media best practices for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously and adapt tone/style accordingly
- Good written and spoken English skills.
