Project Manager
Account Management – Work Dynamics
What this job involves:
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex organizational initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive project execution while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
Execute projects using established methodologies and governance frameworks to ensure successful delivery within defined parameters
Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and implement corrective actions when deviations occur
Manage project budgets and resources effectively to optimize outcomes and maintain financial accountability
Stakeholder Management & CommunicationAct as the primary liaison between project teams, business units, and stakeholders across all organizational levels
Develop and implement targeted communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and proactively address concerns
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and alignment
Risk & Issue ManagementConduct comprehensive impact assessments to identify potential risks, dependencies, and affected stakeholder groups
Develop and maintain risk registers with mitigation strategies and contingency plans
Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines, scope, or quality
Escalate critical risks and issues to appropriate governance bodies with recommended solutions
Monitoring & ReportingEstablish project metrics and KPIs to measure progress and effectiveness
Provide regular status updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Team Leadership & CoordinationCoordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive decision-making and problem resolution
Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes accountability and high performance
Required QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in a corporate environment
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Proficiency in project management tools and software (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar)
Excellent understanding of project governance frameworks and best practices
Experience with budget management and resource planning
Core CompetenciesExceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strategic thinking with attention to detail and execution excellence
Change management awareness and adaptability
Preferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Experience working within large corporate environments with matrixed organizational structures
Background in change management or organizational transformation initiatives
Familiarity with commercial real estate or professional services industry
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms
