Travel Wanderfuly & Events is a leading travel company specializing in Domestic & International Holiday Packages, Honeymoon Tours, Group Tours, Corporate Travel, MICE, and Destination Weddings. We are looking for enthusiastic and sales-driven Travel Consultants to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries received through Meta Ads, Google, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website leads.
- Understand clients' travel requirements and suggest suitable Domestic & International holiday packages.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and vendors for bookings.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking details in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, hotel promotions, visa requirements, and airline offers.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Preferred Destinations Knowledge
Domestic: Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Kashmir, Kerala, Goa, Rajasthan, Andaman, Ladakh, North East, Char Dham and other Indian destinations.
International: Dubai, Thailand, Bali, Singapore, Maldives, Vietnam, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Mauritius and other popular holiday destinations.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Experience in selling Domestic and International holiday packages.
- Good knowledge of itinerary planning and travel costing.
- Ability to prepare professional quotations and tour packages.
- Familiarity with CRM, MS Office, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.
