Job Title: Legal Consultant
Location: On-site (In-person)
Role Overview:
We're looking for professionals with 5+ years of experience in real estate and corporate law.
Your Role:
- Draft, review & negotiate JDAs, MoUs, development agreements, sale deeds, contracts & other legal documentation.
- Lead legal due diligence for land acquisitions and title verification.
- Handle litigation, NI Act matters & coordinate with external counsels.
- Work closely with banks & financial institutions on project financing documentation.
- Advise leadership on legal strategy, negotiations & risk management.
- Maintain litigation MIS and provide timely legal updates.
What We're Looking For:
- LLB/LLM with 5+ years of experience
- Strong expertise in drafting, litigation & property due diligence
- In-depth knowledge of real estate, corporate & contract laws
- Excellent analytical, negotiation & communication skills
- A commercially minded legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
