About the Role
The Ice Legacy is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and representing our premium jewelry products with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into sales through online, and direct communication.
- Guide customers in selecting jewelry products based on their preferences and budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist in product showcasing, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain proper records of sales, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales (jewelry, luxury retail, or fashion preferred).
