Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Business One Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of SAP Business One project, functionality enhancements to existing systems, and upgrade modules as per company flow charts. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal teams to understand their specific business needs, processes, and objectives.
Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between the companies current business processes and SAP Business One capabilities, providing recommendations for improvements and customizations.
System Implementation: Lead or contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Business One solutions to meet our requirements.
Functionality Enhancements: Work on enhancing the existing SAP Business One systems by configuring new features and functionalities to address evolving business needs.
Upgrade Projects: Manage and execute SAP Business One, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to the company's operations.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize the SAP Business One system.
Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps, solution design documents, and user manuals.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure the successful functioning of the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a SAP Business One Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Business One software and its modules.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to analyze.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Project management experience is a plus.
