We are looking for a skilled and passionate Electrical Trainer to deliver theory and practical training for ITI Electrical/Electrician trade students. The trainer will be responsible for developing technical competencies, ensuring workshop safety, and preparing students for industry requirements and employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical sessions for ITI Electrical/Electrician trade students as per NCVT/SCVT curriculum.
- Provide hands-on training on:
- Electrical wiring
- Motor control
- House wiring
- Industrial electrical systems
- Transformers
- Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Demonstrate proper usage of electrical tools, instruments, and workshop equipment.
- Prepare lesson plans, training modules, practical assignments, and assessment materials.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and practical skill development.
- Conduct internal assessments, trade tests, and practical evaluations.
- Ensure safety standards and workshop discipline during practical sessions.
- Maintain laboratory/workshop records, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Guide students for apprenticeships, placements, and industry readiness.
- Stay updated with latest electrical technologies, safety norms, and industrial practices.
Required Qualifications
- ITI in Electrician Trade with CITS preferred
- OR
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
OR
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical EngineeringExperience
- Minimum 2–5 years of industry/training experience in electrical field.
- Prior experience in ITI/Polytechnic/Skill Development Institutes preferred.
- Practical exposure in electrical maintenance, wiring, panel operations, or industrial electrical systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
