Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver structured training in all four OET components: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking, tailored to nurses, doctors, or pharmacists.
- Evaluate student performance through mock tests and provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve skills.
- Create and update teaching resources, study materials, and practice exercises based on the latest OET patterns.
- Conduct speaking role-plays that simulate real-world medical interactions.
- Track progress and provide personalized coaching to help students achieve their target scores.
- Guide candidates on effective exam techniques and time management
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Proven high proficiency in English (e.g., minimum B grade in OET or equivalent).
- Previous experience as an OET trainer or teaching English to healthcare professionals is usually required.
- A degree in English, or a healthcare-related field (for sector-specific training).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage students.
- Ability to conduct engaging online or classroom session.
