Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Engineer responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, network systems, Wi-Fi connections, and related IT infrastructure within the company. The candidate should be capable of handling hardware, software, networking, and wiring-related issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktops and laptops.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues.
- Configure and maintain printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
- Handle LAN/Wi-Fi network setup and troubleshooting.
- Repair and manage internet connectivity issues.
- Perform network cable wiring and structured cabling work.
- Install and configure operating systems and required software.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security.
- Coordinate with internet service providers when required.
- Maintain IT asset records and system documentation.
- Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns and system failures.
- Monitor system performance and preventive maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Experience in Wi-Fi setup, router configuration, and LAN troubleshooting.
- Understanding of network wiring and cable management.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, software installation, and system formatting.
- Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Hardware & Networking, or related field.
- Relevant experience in IT support and networking preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,983.54 per month
