About the Role
Looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Lead Generator) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the business development team in expanding our presence in the US Staffing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients through LinkedIn, Google, job boards, and other online platforms.
- Generate qualified leads for the US Staffing and Recruitment business.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and hiring managers.
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to schedule meetings.
- Qualify leads based on hiring needs and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to convert leads into clients.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, staffing requirements, and market opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong internet research and lead generation skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools is a plus.
- Good understanding of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
