Role purpose:
Are you passionate about transforming complex technology into real-world client success stories? As a Delivery Lead, you’ll be at the centre of this transformation. We’re looking for someone who thrives on leading high-impact client engagements, leading multi-disciplinary teams to turn innovative solutions into measurable outcomes across regions.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Services Director and an experienced Services team to ensure we meet and exceed our commitments to clients. You’ll be at the heart of the action, driving delivery from initial planning to final handover across multiple client engagements.
You’ll lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with Product Development, and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently – all while keeping a close eye on timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key accountabilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, providing client insights, to develop and execute client delivery roadmaps, ensuring high-quality output and resolution of escalated issues, driving continuous improvement based on client feedback
- Lead cross-functional teams, managing client expectations and ensuring effective technical and functional delivery in line with governance
- Drive agile governance, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead planning and delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring smooth execution and measurable impact.
- Implement business management processes, status reporting, and ensure timely identification and resolution of delivery challenges
- Work with Services Director and People team on capacity planning, people development, operational excellence and stakeholder communication for effective project delivery across engagements.
Build strong client partnerships, managing expectations, risks, and communications.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking and decision-making skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication, bridging business and technical contexts
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
- Skilled in Agile planning, execution and continuous improvement (Jira, Confluence)
- Experienced in handling competing priorities, multiple client expectations and SLA commitments
- Analytical mindset with a knack for connecting client needs to business outcomes
- Knowledge of technology delivery frameworks, cloud/data platforms and cybersecurity is preferred
Strong client engagement skills, using feedback to drive product and process improvement

Education
- B.Tech in Computer Science, or a related field, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
